The villa is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis, although this can be adjusted to suit off peak.

Notes to the rental rates

• A minimum of one week rental allowed.
• Swimming pool operational May to October.
• A refundable deposit of £250 is required for breakages.
• For the winter period central heating will be charged according to gas meter readings.

HELP WHILE YOU ARE THERE
The villa is managed by the local Roncalata family who live just up the drive at Arcalana. The mother Patrizia is a mine of information and her three daughters are available for babysitting and cooking on request. If you would like a cook, who does all the shopping and is extremely flexible, this can be arranged in advance.
There is a weekly maid service, but this can be increased on request.
